自动变速器实验台测控系统的研究

摘    要:为满足汽车自动变速器课程电控系统的计算机网络化教学的需要,结合企业自动变速器岗位能力要求与该课程的特点,对现有自动变速器实验台进行了改造;采用工业组态软件与可编程序控制器(PLC),形成了完整的计算机测控系统,对自动变速器工作运行状态进行了信号实时采集并应用于教学;对自动变速器电控系统进行了故障设置与排除控制,实现了远程教学、自动考核评分的教学与考核一体化控制。试验结果表明,该系统能较好地实现自动变速器课程的网络化教学。

Abstract:In order to meet computer networked course teaching needs on auto-transmission(AT) electronic control system,the system using PLC hardware and industrial configuration software was developed for computer detecting and controlling system on auto-transmission.The design was applied to real-time datas detecting teaching,the remote diagnosis controlling and auto examination of teaching were realized.The test results indicate that the system can realize networked teaching on auto-transmission course.
