妥善处理住宅工程质量问题投诉方法浅析

摘    要:作为建设工程质量监管部门,维护建设各方当事人的合法权益,正确、有效地处理工程质量投诉问题,对构建和谐社会有着非常积极的意义,这也是当前亟待研究和关注的课题.通过对住宅工程质量问题投诉特点的分析及投诉处理工作中存在的难点,提出了处理住宅工程质量问题投诉的方法以及预防和减少住户对房屋质量问题投诉的对策,对目前妥善处理住宅工程质量问题投诉工作提供参考.对质量问题的处理要坚持严谨、公正、科学的态度,这样才能圆满地处理已经发生的质量投诉,维护和谐的社会环境.

Abstract:As a construction project quality supervision department, to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of all parties,to handle with the complaints problems of projects quality correctly and effectively, has a very positive sense for harmonious society building, this is also to be demanded and concerned as current urgent issues. In this paper, characteristics of complaint problems of residential construction quality and difficulties in handling complaint problems were analyzed, a method to deal with complaint problems of residential construction quality and the countermeasure to prevent and reduce complaint problems were proposed. The aim is to afford a reference for properly handling complaint problems of the current residential construction quality. The handling for quality issue should adhere to strict, fair and scientific attitude, thus can successfully deal with the quality of complaints so as to maintain a harmonious social environment.
