摘    要:该文建立了三相电流型脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器的基于开关函数的abc三相静止坐标系下的一般数学模型和dq同步旋转坐标系下的简化数学模型,详细分析了它的稳态特性,尤其是系统的无功功率及功率因数特性。在此基础上,提出一种三相电流型PWM整流器的功率因数控制新方案。不同于传统的基于静止abc坐标系的控制方法,该文将控制算法建立在dq同步旋转坐标系上,提出了基于交流侧电容电压定向的矢量控制,使得直流侧电流和交流侧功率因数得以解耦控制。该控制方法对系统参数的依赖性小,能够自动调节到其可以达到的最大功率因数运行点。该控制方案的有效性和可行性通过仿真进行了验证,并进一步在一个5 kVA的试验样机上进行了验证。

Abstract:The general mathematical model under abc three-phase stationary frame and the simplified model under dq rotating frame based on the switching function for three phase pulse width modulation (PWM) current source rectifier were built up, and the steady state characteristics of it were analyzed, especially the characteristics of the reactive power and the power factor. Based on this, a novel power factor control method for three phase PWM current source rectifier was proposed. Unlike the conventional control method under abc three-phase stationary frame, the proposed control was based on dq rotating frame, and what’s more, the AC-side capacitor voltage oriented vector control technique was proposed, which made the DC link current control and the power factor control decoupled. The proposed power factor compensation scheme is parameter insensitive, and can provide maximum achievable power factor under all operating conditions. All these analyses and the effectiveness of the control method were firstly demonstrated by simulation results, and were verified in a 5 kVA laboratory prototype.
