燃气轮机高温部件的损伤机理与运行维护对策

摘    要:分析了燃气轮机高温部件损伤机理与故障类型,提出了针对性的运行维护对策,包括合理的检修周期、更长的更换周期,以及运行检测与维护技术,从而在保障设备可靠性的前提下,最大限度地降低运行维护成本。

Abstract:An analysis has been performed on damage mechanism and fault type of a gas turbine high- temperature component, to which corresponding operation and maintenance countermeasures are proposed, including the reasonable examination and repair period, elongated replacement cycle, and the operation, inspection and maintenance technology, etc., so as to minimize the operation and maintenance cost under the premise of ensuring equipment reliability.
