| 摘 要： | 从电站锅炉制造角度,对DL/T 438—2009《火力发电厂金属技术监督规程》中的硬度规定在工程实践中遇到的几个问题进行了分析和探讨,建议对DL/T 438—2009中的规范性附录C增加注释性说明,明确硬度值仅属参考值,并对几个钢号材料的硬度控制范围进行微调。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of boiler manufacture, analysis and discussion were made to problems encountered during implementation of hardness requirements specified in DL/T 438-2009 The Technical Supervision Codes for Metal in Fossil-fuel Power Plant, so as to optimize the codes. It is suggested that some explanatory notes be added to the Appendix C in DL/T 438-2009 to make clear that those hardness values are only for reference, and furthermore, fine adjustments be made to the scope of hardness control for some steels. |
