| 摘 要： | 目的：对大花紫薇的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展作一综述,提供有关大花紫薇叶研究的较全面的科学资料。方法：查阅国内外公开发表的文献23篇,对从大花紫薇叶中得到的化学成分及其药理作用进行论述。结果：大花紫薇叶主要含有鞣质类、三萜类、生物碱类、黄酮类等化学成分。且在降血糖、降脂、抗氧化以及抗真菌等方面有较好的药理作用。结论：本综述为进一步开发利用大花紫薇提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities on Lagerstroemia speciosa were systemically reviewed in order to provide a relatively full-scale reference information for the further research. Methods：Based on the literatures of Lagerstroemia speciosa domestic and abroad,the constituents and the pharmacological action were reviewed respectively.Results：The main constituents of Lagerstroemia speciosa were tannins,terpenoids,alkaloids and flavonoids. Lagerstroemia speciosa was active in diabetic,lipid-lowering,antioxidation and antifungal.Conclusions：This review provides useful references for the further research. |
