Study on Integating Modern Agile Management and Holding Company Management

The thought of the modern agile management is raised. The traits of the modern agile management, holding company and their integration are discussed. For enhanching the management competence of holding company, the thought of the modern agile management is introduced into holding company. The comprehensive and operable evaluation index are designed. The AHP is applied to generating the samples. The BP neural network is trained by the samples and then is applied to measuring the agile degree of holding company management.
