井下局部降温技术的实践应用

摘    要:同煤集团某矿二号井开采至埋深740 m位置,出现了明显地下热害现象,必须采取降温措施逐步解决。在详细分析地下热害现状及主要原因的基础上,通过井下降温冷负荷计算,确定了直冷式局部降温制冷装置来控制采掘工作面局部高温的降温方案,并开展设备选型和具体布置。020602综采工作面的局部制冷装置设置完成后,通过对工作面内部各处设置的温、湿度传感器的反馈数据进行汇总,发现该技术方案改善了工作面内部湿热的工作环境,可以起到良好的降温效果,为井下作业人员创造了良好的作业条件。

Abstract:The mining depth of No.2 mine in a mine of Tongmei group is 740m,and obvious underground heat disaster appears,so cooling measures must be taken.Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation and main causes of the underground heat disaster,through the calculation of the underground cooling load,the direct local cooling refrigeration device was determined to control the local high temperature cooling scheme of the mining face,and the equipment selection and specific layout were carried out.By setting up local refrigeration device in No.020602 fully mechanized mining face and analyzing the feedback data of temperature and humidity sensors in the working face,it is found that the technical scheme improves the working environment of hot and humid in the working face,which can play a good cooling effect and create a good working condition for underground workers.
