摘    要:分层注水已成为开采薄差层油气资源的重要手段,但由于其注水管柱结构、工艺流程和受力情况相对复杂,使得井下轴向力、内外压和温度难以准确掌握。为了验证注水管柱力学分析理论研究的准确性,设计了基于应变测试技术、水下无线短传和存储回放模式的井下注水管柱力学测试系统。该系统可进行井下数据检测、提取和远距离数据通信,通过拉压力试验和水下无线短传试验得到测量值。分析结果表明:测量值与实际值的相对误差均小于5%,从而验证了井下注水管柱力学测试系统满足设计要求。研究成果对于指导施工管柱的设计以及分层注水工作参数的合理选择具有重要意义。

Abstract:Separate layer water injection has become an important means of exploiting oil and gas resources in thin layers.However,due to the complicated water injection string structure,process flow and stress conditions,it is difficult to accurately understand the axial force,internal and external pressure and temperature of the downhole tool.To verify the accuracy of the theoretical study of the mechanical analysis of the water injection string,the mechanical test system for the downhole injection string is designed based on the strain testing technology,underwater wireless short transmission and storage playback mode.The system can perform downhole data detection,extraction and long-distance communication.The measured values are obtained through the tension and compression force inspection and underwater wireless short transmission test.The analysis result shows that the relative error between the measured value and the actual value is less than 5%,thus verifying that the mechanical test system of the downhole water injection string meets the design requirements.The study is of great significance for guiding the design of injection string,the selection of separate layer water injection working parameters.
