基于鱼刺图-事故树的透水事故分析与防治

摘    要:为了减少矿井透水事故的发生,有效提高事故的预测和防治能力,开展了透水事故致因分析与防治措施探究。通过研究透水事故发生规律,根据事故致因理论,结合现场实际,以“鱼刺图分析法”为基础绘制了贴近实际的煤矿透水事故鱼刺图;并建立了4层22类基础事件的事故树模型,对各个危险源进行剖析,最后提出了有针对性的防治措施。通过对透水事故进行系统分析,可以为事故的控制和安全管理提供理论帮助,从而最大程度避免事故的发生。

Analysis and prevention of water inrush accident based on fishbone diagram and fault tree

Abstract:In order to reduce the mine inrush accidents and effectively improve the prediction and prevention ability of the accidents,the cause and prevention measures of the accidents were researched.According to the actual situation of the site,using the accident-causing theory,the law of the occurrence of water inrush accidents was summarized,the fishbone diagram of water inrush accidents in coal mines based on the“fishbone diagram analysis method”was drew,the fault tree model of 22 kinds of basic events in 4 floors was established,each hazard source was analyzed,and finally the targeted prevention and control measures were put forward.The systematic analysis of water inrush accidents can provide theoretical help for accident control and safety management,so as to avoid accidents to the greatest extent.
