摘    要:为解决红庆河煤矿存在相邻工作面在二次采动的影响下,现有超前支护易发生底鼓、漏顶和片帮现象,致使巷道维护困难的问题,通过现场调研和工程类比的方法,分析现有超前支护中存在的问题并确定出合理的超前支护参数。采用现场监测的方法确定出本煤矿合理的超前支护范围不小于70 m,最终确定为100 m;采用菱形金属网加锚杆和纵向钢带组合方法对超前支护进行补强,解决了超前支护区域漏顶的问题,同时采用单排垛架加双排单体液压支柱的方式进行超前支护,减少了双排垛架在动压影响下前移困难的问题,并为行人安全通过机尾创造了良好条件。

Advance support of deep dynamic pressure roadway in large mining height face of Hongqinghe mine

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of floor heave,roof fall,rib spalling and maintenance difficulties of the advance support roadway under the influence of secondary dynamic pressure of the adjacent working face in Hongqinghe coal mine,by field investigation and engineering analogy,the reasonable advance support parameters were determined.Through on-site monitoring,it is determined that the reasonable advance support range of the working face is not less than 70 m,and the final determination is 100 m.By using the combination method of diamond mesh,bolt and longitudinal steel strip to reinforce the advance support,the problem of roof leakage in the advance support range was solved.At the same time,by using the advance support method of single row of chock support and double row of single hydraulic props,the problem that the double row of chock support is difficult to move forward under the influence of dynamic pressure was solved,and good conditions for people to pass through the tail safely were created.
