大采高工作面煤壁片帮机理与控制措施

摘    要:工作面采高增大后,推进中在剧烈载荷作用下,煤壁的稳定性较差。针对大采高工作面煤壁片帮现象严重的问题,以山西斜沟煤矿大采高工作面地质条件为背景,结合工作面煤壁的受力模式,对煤壁的两种片帮方式进行了分析,从而得到工作面煤壁的片帮特征。根据现场片帮情况的统计,煤壁片帮主要的两个位置分别为煤壁的最高点与煤壁高度为3.5 m位置处,该结果验证了理论分析的准确性。通过数值模拟方法,分析了工作面不同采高、煤壁支护强度、推进速度下的煤壁片帮情况,并有针对性地提出了煤壁控制措施。根据现场工作面推进中的煤壁宏观监测情况,在采取该煤壁控制措施后,煤壁片帮情况有了较大的改善,工作面稳定性有了很大提升,表明该煤壁控制措施具有着较好的应用效果。

Mechanism and control measures of coal wall spalling in large mining height face

Abstract:When the mining height increases,the stability of the coal wall of the working face is poor under the action of severe load.In view of the serious problem of coal wall spalling in the face with large mining height,based on the geological conditions in Xiegou mine,by analyzing the stress mode of the face coal wall,the coal wall spalling characteristics of the face were obtained.According to the field statistics,the two main positions of the coal wall spalling are the highest point of the coal wall and the height of 3.5 m.Using the numerical simulation method,the coal wall spalling under different mining heights,coal wall support strength and advancing speed were analyzed,and the coal wall control measures were proposed.The observation of the coal wall of the working face shows that after taking the control measures,the coal wall spalling is reduced and the stability of the working face is greatly improved,which shows that the control measures of the coal wall have good application effect.
