摘    要:为探究需要穿越多个含水层时立井井筒施工过程的有效防治水措施,在孟村煤矿开展了具体实践应用。根据地层分布情况,结合井筒开凿前、开凿时以及成井后的防治水需要,从主动、被动两方面考虑,选取了全深冻结、双层钢筋混凝土浇筑、射孔注浆、壁间壁后注浆相结合的综合防治水措施。实践表明,整个建井过程中未发生过任何较大的淋水现象,整个过程中总水量小于2 m3/h,为井筒的施工创造了良好的作业条件,顺利通过了洛河组巨厚砂岩中等富水性含水层;该综合防治水技术的成功运用为类似条件下的井筒防治水工作提供了宝贵的经验,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to explore the effective water control measures in the construction process of vertical shaft when crossing multiple aquifers,the practical application was carried out in Mengcun coal mine.According to the geological conditions of the shaft,combined with the water control needs of different construction stages of the shaft,the comprehensive water control measures were put forward,which include full depth freezing,double-layer reinforced concrete pouring,perforating grouting,and grouting between and behind walls.The practice shows that there is no big water gushing in the whole process of shaft construction,and the water inflow is less than 2 m3/h in the whole process,which creates a good working condition for the shaft construction and successfully passes through the medium water rich aquifer of Luohe formation sandstone.The successful application of the comprehensive water control technology provides valuable experience for the prevention and control of water in the shaft under similar conditions,and has certain promotion value.
