摘    要:为确保沿空留巷技术在马堡煤矿应用成功,通过数值模拟的方法分析充填体的最优参数。以15201工作面作为研究背景,对比选择4种不同的充填体方案,探究沿空留巷时不同力学参数情况下的充填体应力、应变和维护效果,最终得到最优参数。数值模拟结果表明,当工作面5.4 m采高时,留设3 m充填体的宽度是切实可行的;在留设巷道初期充填体的强度越大,留设巷道的维护效果就越好;研究结果为大采高工作面沿空留巷巷旁充填支护提供了一定的借鉴。

Optimization of key parameters of gob side entry retaining in No.15201 working face of Mabao coal mine

Abstract:In order to ensure the successful application of gob side entry retaining technology in Mabao coal mine,the optimal parameters of filling body were analyzed by numerical simulation.Taking No.15201 working face as the research background,four different schemes of filling body were put forward.By analyzing the stress,strain and supporting effect of the filling body under different mechanical parameters,the optimal parameters were finally obtained.The numerical simulation results show that when the mining height is 5.4 m,it is feasible to reserve a 3 m wide filling body,and the greater the strength of the filling body in the initial stage,the better the maintenance effect of the reserved roadway.The research results provide a certain reference for the roadside filling support of the gob side entry retaining in the large mining height face.
