王庄煤矿9107大断面全煤风巷支护方案优化研究

摘    要:王庄煤矿9107工作面风巷巷道断面大,为全煤巷道,围岩松软破碎,且地应力较高,致使巷道支护困难,影响安全高效生产。针对这一问题,笔者采用理论分析、数值模拟以及现场应用等手段,对9107工作面风巷的支护参数进行了分析,并对两种支护参数进行了详细的数值模拟。综合结果表明,方案2能够更有效地控制9107风巷巷道围岩的破坏及变形情况,满足9107工作面安全高效的回采要求。

Abstract:No.9107 working face with large cross-section airway is a full coal roadway.Soft and broken surrounding rock and high ground stress make it difficult to support the roadway and affect the safe and efficient production.In this article,aiming at this problem,theore tical analy-sis,numerical simulation,and field application were used to analyze the supporting parameters of the 9107 working face.In addi tion,numerical simulation was used in the analysis of the s upport-ing parameters of two plans.The results show that Plan 2 could effectively control the damage and deformation of the surrounding rock and meet the safe and efficient mining requirements of No.9107 working face.
