摘    要:以纳林庙煤矿二号6-2110工作面为工程背景,就矿井前期生产时留设的25 m安全煤柱,以及开采过程中存在工作面上下端头架后悬顶及上隅角有害气体积聚隐患的现象,对综采工作面螺旋钻回收煤柱工艺应用方案进行探讨。利用井下综采工作面现有生产及运煤系统,研发出回收工作面两巷安全煤柱和解决工作面上下端头架后悬顶现象的一套螺旋钻机设备;并探索出针对此设备安装于工作面主辅运顺槽的工艺。分析认为,综采与螺旋钻机钻采双工艺相互衔接配合、平行作业,解决了工作面上下端头架后顶板悬顶的安全问题,还回收了原本计划丢弃的煤柱资源,提高了煤炭回收率,有利于提高回采率,对其他同类地质条件下的矿井生产有一定借鉴作用。

Abstract:Taking No.6-21110 working face in Nalinmiao Coal Mine as the engineering background,in order to improve the mine recovery rate,and solve the problems of the hanging roof in the upper and lower ends and harmful gas accumulation in the upper corner,the application of auger technology in the fully mechanized mining face was discussed.By using the existing production and coal transportation system in the fully mechanized mining face,a set of auger drill equipment was developed to recover the safety coal pillars in two lanes of the working face and solve the problem of the hanging roof behind the support at the upper and lower ends of the working face,and the technology of installing this equipment in the main and auxiliary lanes of the working face was explored.The practice shows that the two processes of fully mechanized mining and auger drill mining can work together in parallel,which solves the safety problem of the hang roof,recovers the coal pillar resources originally planned to be discarded,and improves the coal recovery rate.The research has a certain reference function for other mines with similar geological conditions。
