特厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯抽采技术

摘    要:崔家沟煤矿2303综放工作面存在抽采难度大、瓦斯涌出量大的问题,为此进行了特厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯抽采技术实践。分析综放工作面瓦斯赋存情况,首先采用分源预测法对2303工作面进行瓦斯涌出量预测,然后采取本煤层钻场扇形钻孔预抽、上隅角采空区埋管抽采、回风巷钻场高位钻孔抽采及顶板高位大直径定向长钻孔相结合的方法进行了瓦斯抽采。实践结果表明,采用分源预测法不仅预测了瓦斯涌出量,也可以掌握瓦斯的涌出来源;该方法对瓦斯抽采效果较好,抽采率满足要求,从而在一定程度上保证了工作面安全高效生产,可以为本矿其他综放工作面及同类高瓦斯矿井特厚煤层瓦斯抽采技术提供参考依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficulty in gas extraction and large amount of gas emission in No.2303 fully mechanized caving face of Cuijiagou Coal Mine,the practice of gas extraction technology in fully mechanized caving face with extra-thick coal seam was carried out.Based on the analysis of the gas occurrence in the fully mechanized caving face,and the gas emission in No.2303 working face predicted by different-source prediction method,the comprehensive gas extraction method of pre-extraction of the coal seam,gas extraction by upper corner buried pipe,gas extraction by high-level drilling in return air roadway,and gas extraction by high-level large-diameter directional long drilling was proposed.The practice shows that the gas extraction method is effective,the extraction rate meets the requirements,and the safe and efficient production of the working face can be ensured to a certain extent,which provides a reference for the gas extraction of other fully mechanized caving faces with similar gas occurrence conditions.
