摘    要:为提高煤矿安全生产程度及工作效率、降低煤矿工人劳动强度,研究将井下广泛使用的4G无线通信、WiFi、以太网传输、总线接入等设备集成为一台多网络覆盖的设备,依托通信网络,打造井下数据传输的开放式“高速公路”,以解决井下信息化设备多、线缆多、维护量大的问题,提升设备的利用率。地面通过多系统融合的调度平台,对矿井进行综合数据联动分析以及调度指挥。通过研究,实现底层硬件设备的共享、共用和上层应用的互通,发挥系统的集约效应,对提升矿井的应急响应速度和调度指挥水平有着实际意义。

Research and application of 4G+WiFi wireless communication substation based on multi system integration

Abstract:In order to improve the safety production level and work efficiency of coal mine and reduce the labor intensity of coal mine workers,the 4G wireless communication,WiFi,Ethernet transmission,bus access and other equipment used in the underground were integrated into a multi network covered equipment.Relying on the communication network,an open“highway”for underground data transmission was built,the problems of more underground information equipment,more cables,and more maintenance were solved,and the utilization rate of equipment was improved.Through the scheduling platform of multi system integration,the comprehensive data linkage analysis and scheduling command were carried out for the mine.Through the research,the sharing of the bottom hardware equipment and the intercommunication of the upper application were realized,and the intensive effect of the system was brought into play,which has practical significance for improving the emergency response speed and dispatching command level of the mine.
