组合式闸板胶芯性能的正交试验和回归分析

摘    要:带压作业的闸板防喷器胶芯密封结构多采用组合密封,橡胶基体和耐磨块的材料特性同时影响胶芯的密封性能。为了分析闸板胶芯的材料参数对其密封性能的影响,选择胶芯密封面上的有效接触应力和橡胶基体上最大应变能密度作为密封性能的评估指标,基于正交试验法分析影响闸板防喷器胶芯密封性能的主次因素及规律,建立了材料参数与有效应力之间的多元完全二次非线性回归模型,并分析了各参数的交互作用。分析结果表明:各因素对密封面上有效接触应力和橡胶基体上最大应变能密度的敏感性大小顺序为操作压力>耐磨块弹性模量>橡胶基体硬度>耐磨块泊松比;建立的多元回归模型的拟合剩余标准差分别为0.5130和0.3141,可以用该模型精确地分析材料参数与胶芯密封性能的关系;组合式闸板防喷器胶芯耐磨块最佳弹性模量为700~800 MPa,泊松比为0.40~0.47。所得结果可为组合式闸板防喷器胶芯的材料参数设计提供依据。

Abstract:The sealing structure of the rubber packing unit of the ram BOP for snubbing operation mostly uses composite sealing.The material properties of the rubber matrix and wear-resistant block both affect the sealing performance of the rubber core.To analyze the influence of the material parameters of the packing unit on its sealing performance,the effective contact stress on the sealing surface of the packing unit and the maximum strain energy density of the rubber are selected as the evaluation indexes of the sealing performance.The primary and secondary factors influencing the sealing performance of the BOP packing unit is analyzed based on the orthogonal test method.The multivariate complete quadratic nonlinear regression model between material parameters and effective stress is established.And the interactions of various parameters are analyzed.The analysis results show that the order of the sensitivity of each factor influencing the effective contact stress of the sealing surface and the maximum strain energy density of the rubber matrix is the operating pressure,the elastic modulus of the wear-resistant block,the hardness of the rubber matrix,and the Poisson’s ratio of the wear-resistant block.The fitting remaining standard deviations of the multiple regression model are 0.5130 and 0.3141,respectively.The simulation can be used to accurately analyze the relationship between the material parameters and the sealing performance of the packing unit.The optimal elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of the packing unit wear-resistant block is respectively 700~800 MPa and 0.40~0.47.The study can provide a basis for the material design of the packing unit of the composite-type ram BOP.
