摘    要:瓦斯突出是瓦斯治理的一大难题,基于贺西煤矿三采区3#、4#煤层采取地面钻井以及采掘工作面瓦斯预抽的技术,具体为钻孔间距取15 m,长度至少控制本在工作面及下一区段顺槽上帮15 m,钻孔孔径Φ96 mm,封孔深度应不小于8 m,封孔管直径大于50 mm,经测定得出地面钻井抽采区域内地煤层残存瓦斯含量为5.6 m3/t^6.5 m3/t,较原始瓦斯含量降低了6.4 m3/t^7.3 m3/t、降低幅度为46%~60%,防突效果明显,瓦斯得到了有效治理.

Outburst Prevention Technology Based on Outburst Coal Seam Area

Abstract:Gas outburst is a major problem in gas management.Surface drilling and gas pre-extraction in the mining face were adopted on the No.3 and No.4 coal seam of the third mining area in Hexi Coal Mine.Borehole spacing was 15 m,which was controlled within 15 m of the working face and the next section along the gateway;the borehole diameter was 96 mm;the borehole sealing depth should not be less than 8 m and its pipe diameter was greater than 50 mm.It was determined that the residual gas content in the surface drilling and extraction ranges from 5.6 to 6.5 m 3/t,decreasing by 6.4 to 7.3 m 3/t,compared with the original gas content.The reduction was between 46%and 60%.The outburst prevention was effective and the gas has been effectively controlled.
