国内外水平井井眼清洁监测技术现状及发展建议

摘    要:实时监测井眼清洁状况,对保证水平井安全及高效钻进至关重要。目前成熟的井眼清洁监测技术被国外公司掌控,制约了我国水平井钻井技术的发展,故加快国内井眼清洁监测技术的研究势在必行。鉴于此,在进行大量文献及资料调研的基础上,首先介绍了国内外现有井眼清洁监测技术的原理及特点,包括ECD监测摩阻、扭矩及钩载监测、返出岩屑体积监测、气体钻井监测、岩屑形状及PSD等其他监测技术;其次从模型、软件、装置及新技术4个方面对比分析了国内外井眼清洁监测技术;最后针对该技术的发展方向给出建议:对现有的岩屑运移规律模型进行修正与优化,提高模型与实际情况的符合程度与计算精度;进行井眼清洁分析软件的编制与优化,使其具有适用范围广和准确度高等特点;进行岩屑返出测量装置的研制与改进,提高返出岩屑称量与井下岩屑残余量计算的准确度;加快利用成像仪和光谱仪测量返出岩屑粒径分布及形态、利用冲击力传感器测量返出岩屑体积等新技术的研究。

Abstract:Real-time monitoring of wellbore cleaning is important to ensuring the safety and efficient drilling of horizontal wells. At present,mature wellbore cleaning monitoring technologies are controlled by foreign companies,which restricts the development of horizontal well drilling technology in China. Therefore,speeding up domestic researches on wellbore cleaning monitoring technology is imperative. In view of this,based on a large amount of literature and data research,the principles and characteristics of current wellbore cleaning monitoring technologies are introduced,including ECD,drag and torque and hook load monitoring,return cuttings volume monitoring,air drilling monitoring,cuttings shape monitoring,and other monitoring technologies such as PSD. The domestic and foreign wellbore cleaning monitoring technologies are compared from the aspects of model,software,device and new technology. Suggestions for the development direction of this technology are given: Revise and optimize the existing model of cutting migration law to improve the consistency and calculation accuracy of the model with the actual situation;compile and optimize the wellbore analysis software to make it have a wide range of applications and high accuracy;develop and improve the cutting return measurement device,improve the accuracy of the return cutting weighing and downhole cutting calculation;accelerate the researches on new technologies like particle size distribution and morphology of return cuttings measurement using imagers and spectrometers,and returned rock cuttings volume measurement using impact sensor.
