摘    要:针对常规分注井测试工作量大、配套费用高及分注合格率下降快等问题,研究了波码通信数字式分层注水技术。该技术的核心为基于流体波码的无线通信技术及井下智能配水器。波码通信技术通过短时间改变地面控制阀或井下配水器电控阀的开度,建立井筒内的流量波动,并将流量波动转换为压力信号实现地面与井下的数据传输;井下智能配水器集成高精度压力计、可控水嘴、计算与控制模块等形成一个智能控制系统,实现地面下传命令或数据的接收、水嘴的注水流量计算与控制、井下数据的存储与上传等。波码通信数字式分层注水技术已在现场试验与应用430余口井,分层注水合格率长期保持在90%以上,注水层的含水上升速度稳定,水驱开发效果改善明显。研究结果可为分层注水技术的研究与应用提供一定参考。

Abstract:Conventional separate water injection needs heavy test efforts and high cost of supporting operation,and the qualification rate of separate water injection always declines quickly.A digital separate water injection technology based on wave code communication has been developed with the wireless communication technology based on fluid wave code and an underground intelligent water distributor.The wave code communication technology changes the opening of the ground control valve or the electric control valve of the underground water distributor in a short time,establishes flow waves in the wellbore,and converts the flow waves into pressure signals to realize data transmission between ground and underground.The underground intelligent water distributor integrates high-precision pressure gauges,controllable water nozzles,calculation and control modules,etc.into an intelligent control system,which receives commands or transmits data from the ground system,calculates and control water flow from the nozzle,and store and transmits data from the downhole system.Field application in more than 430 wells have proved that the separate water injection technology worked well in more than 90%of the wells and has kept effective for a long time.The water cut in the injected layer has been rising at a stable rate.The waterflooded development is very effective.The results are references to the research and application of separate water injection technology.
