晋北煤业工作面煤巷支护技术优化实践

摘    要:针对近年来许多煤矿工作面煤巷变形大、支护困难等问题,分析了晋北煤业5-101工作面煤巷的具体地质赋存条件,顶板岩层的泥岩等软岩条件时应采取的支护方式。采用工程类比法列举了沙坪煤矿18204工作面、王庄煤矿6207工作面、马道头煤矿2203工作面等3个工作面顶板具体支护参数,综合分析了其支护方式,结合晋北煤业工作面巷道的顶底板特点,进而确定了5-101工作面煤巷采用“锚杆+锚网索+钢带”联合支护方式,并通过理论计算得到了各项支护参数。通过现场应用,该支护方案可以保证5-101工作面巷道的稳定,且可以取得较大的经济效益。

Optimization and practice of support technology of coal roadway in working face of Jinbei coal mine

Abstract:In view of the problems such as large deformation and difficult support in many coal mines,the specific geological conditions of coal roadway in No.5-101 working face of Jinbei coal mine were analyzed,and the support mode that should be adopted when the roof is soft rock was discussed.Based on the analysis of the roof supporting methods and parameters of No.18204 working face of Shaping mine,No.6207 working face of Wangzhuang mine and No.2203 working face of Madaotou mine by using engineering analogy method,combined with the characteristics of the roof and floor of the coal working face in Jinbei coal mine,the“bolt+cable+steel belt”combined supporting method for No.5-101 working face was proposed,and the supporting parameters were obtained through theoretical calculation.Field application shows that the support scheme can ensure the stability of the roadway in No.5-101 working face,and achieve greater economic benefits.
