定向钻探技术疏放上覆煤层采空区积水技术研究

摘    要:通过对千米钻机定向钻孔施工工艺研究,分析成庄矿下组煤1307工作面积水情况,利用千米钻机,向上覆煤层采空区积水区低洼位置施工定向钻孔.通过成功钻孔,将上覆煤层采空区内的积水疏放到下组煤巷道内水仓或水窝中,从而缓解下组煤1307采面在回采时,上覆煤层采空区内积水涌入采面的危险.实现了煤矿井下千米钻机在疏放采空区积水领域的推广,对其他矿区采空区积水疏放有一定参考价值.

Abstract:Based on the directional drilling construction of kilometer rigs,water accumulation in 1307 lower coal working face in the Chengzhuang Mine was analyzed.The kilometer rigs were used in the construction of directional drilling in the lower parts of the water accumulation area in the goaf.Successful drilling would drain the goaf water of the overlying coal seam into water bunkers or water nests in the lower group coal roadways so as to mitigate the danger of water flooding into the mining face during the caving of 1307 mining face.This study promotes the use of kilometer rigs to the water drainage in the goaf,which has certain reference value for the drainage of the goaf water in other mining areas.
