基于LT6803的大容量锂离子后备电源设计

摘    要:为提升大容量锂离子电池后备电源被应用于煤矿生产过程的实际效果,依据相关规定和要求,设计了基于LT6803的大容量锂离子后备电源。该后备电源采用24支60AH磷酸铁锂电池相串联,进行了专门的隔爆箱体和电气设计,电池管理系统采用两片型号为LTC6803的电池管理芯片,并采用被动均衡方式对电池组的一致性进行管理。该设计硬件及软件系统简单明了,极大提高了系统的可靠性,减少了开发设计工作量,有效提高了后备电源的使用期限,值得进一步推广应用。

Design of large capacity lithium-ion backup power supply based on LT6803

Abstract:In order to ensure the application effect of large capacity lithium-ion battery backup power supply in coal mine production,according to the relevant regulations and requirements,a large capacity lithium-ion backup power supply based on LT6803 was designed.The backup power supply uses 24 lithium iron phosphate batteries in series,and carries out a special explosion-proof box and electrical design.The battery management system uses two LTC6803 battery management chips,and adopts passive equalization method to manage the consistency of the battery pack.The hardware and software system of the design is simple and clear,which greatly improves the reliability of the system,reduces the workload of development and design,and effectively improves the service life of the backup power supply,which is worth further promotion and application.
