基于SPA的煤矿安全生产标准化考评体系分析

摘    要:针对煤矿安全生产标准化考评过程中采用的依靠单一分值来决定整个煤矿的安全程度,导致大多数煤矿只求高分,从而忽略了影响矿井安全生产的客观因素的问题。采用集对分析理论(SPA)对考评体系进行深度分析,通过四级联系度函数对5个矿井考评结果的集对势、悲观势、联系度和不确定性进行计算,分析了影响考评结果的外在因子。结果表明采用此方法使矿井在安全生产标准化评级过程中更加客观、全面,有效促进了矿井安全生产标准化的建设。

Analysis on the evaluation system of coal mine safety production standardization based on SPA

Abstract:In view of the single score used to determine the safety degree of the coal mine in the evaluation of mine safety production standardization,leading to the majority of coal mines only seeking high scores,thus ignoring the objective factors affecting the safety production of coal mines,the set pair analysis theory(SPA)was adopted to analyze the evaluation system.By using the four-element connection function,the set pair potential,pessimism potential,relation degree and uncertainty of evaluation results for five coal mines were calculated,and the external factors influencing the evaluation results were analyzed.The results show that this method is more objective and comprehensive in the rating of mine safety production standardization,and can effectively promote the construction of mine safety production standardization.
