摘    要:依照IEC 65111和IEC 65108标准,根据石油炼化企业自身特点,对相关安全仪表系统进行示范性评估,主要包括相关安全仪表功能的建立、管理以及安全仪表功能的验证,同时提出石化企业需要在安全仪表管理方面补充的要求。文中针对的安全仪表系统为较新的、已经进行了第三方认证的仪表设备。

Abstract:According to IEC 65111 and IEC 65108 standards and the characteristics of petrochemical refining and chemical enterprises,this paper makes a demonstrative evaluation on the relevant safety instrumented systems,the newer instruments that have been certified by third parties.The evaluation work mainly includes the establishment and management of relevant safety instrument functions and verification of the functions.It also proposes the requirements that need to be supplemented in the safety instrument management of petrochemical enterprises.
