回采工作面采空区插管抽采参数优化

摘    要:为优化回采工作面采空区插管参数,针对布尔台煤矿采用的联巷插管或煤柱大直径钻孔桥接采空区的回采工作面采空区瓦斯治理措施,采用FLUENT软件进行了数值模拟分析。结合42201综放工作面瓦斯抽采方式及抽采参数为基础数据,对采场瓦斯分布规律及采空区插管间距、插管管径、插管深度、抽采负压等插管抽采参数进行模拟。获得了不同抽采参数状态下的运移规律和瓦斯抽采效果,进而确定了采空区插管的插管间距布置为60 m、抽采负压保持在10~20 kPa、主辅进风比为1.5∶1~3∶1等最优技术参数。

Optimization on the extraction parameters of goaf intubation in working face

Abstract:In order to optimize the parameters of the goaf intubation in the working face,aiming at the goaf gas control measures of the connecting roadway intubation or the large-diameter bore hole in Buertai Coal Mine,the numerical simulation analysis was carried out by using the FLUENT software.Combined with the gas extraction method and gas extraction parameters in No.42201 fully mechanized caving face,the gas distribution law in the working face and the gas extraction parameters such as the intubation spacing,intubation diameter,intubation depth and extraction negative pressure were simulated.Based on the analysis of gas migration law and gas extraction effect under different extraction parameters,the optimal technical parameters were determined,such as the intubation spacing in goaf is 60m,the extraction negative pressure is kept at 10~20 kPa,and the ratio of main and auxiliary air intake is 1.5∶1~3∶1.
