摘    要:为了解决深井强冲击倾向性厚煤层开采过程中冲击地压下巷道变形难以控制的问题,以孟村煤矿4#煤层巷道层位布置为例展开探讨。在明确煤层顶底板及冲击性等概况的基础上,结合首采煤层巷道布置及支护情况,提出3种巷道层位布置技术方案。通过对3种方案的技术优缺点对比,认为方案三是适合孟村煤矿综采工作面巷道层位布置的最优方案。即综采工作面巷道布置在煤层距顶板7.5 m处,选用深入砂质泥岩顶板不少于1.3 m的φ21.8 mm×8800 mm锚索;该方案具有更好的抗冲击能力,可以在此基础上开展基于顶板对抗冲击地压的支护理论分析,是一种更为优化的工作面层位布置形式。

The selection of the roadway layer for working face under the condition of rock burst

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of roadway in the mining process of thick coal seam with strong impact tendency in deep mine,the layout of roadway in 4#coal seam of Mengcun mine was discussed.Based on the analysis of geological conditions and impact tendency,combined with the arrangement and support of coal seam roadway,three kinds of technical schemes of roadway layer arrangement were put forward.Through the comparison of the three schemes,it is considered that the third scheme is the best one suitable for the roadway arrangement of fully mechanized working face.The roadway of the fully mechanized mining face is arranged in the coal seam 7.5 m below the coal seam roof,and the φ21.8 mm×8800 mm anchor cable which is not less than 1.3 m deep into the sandy mudstone roof is selected.The research has certain reference significance for the roadway layout in rock burst mine.
