关于建设智慧化煤矿安检员队伍的思考

安全是煤矿永恒的主题。要实现煤矿企业安全生产,既需要安全管理人员规范管理、施工人员按章操作,也需要安全检查人员严格监督检查。安检员作为施工现场安全监督检查的直接责任人,在煤矿安全管理中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文以小保当公司智慧化煤矿建设为背景,分析了当前煤矿安全工作和安检员队伍现状及存在问题,提出了安检员队伍应具备的素质,论述了在建设现代化智慧煤矿过程中打造一支业务精干、素质过硬、作风优良、责任心强,具有“狼性”的安检员队伍的途径,使安检员真正成为安全生产的重要防线。研究对建设安全、绿色、高效的智慧化煤矿具有一定的借鉴意义。

Thinking on the construction of safety inspection team in intelligent coal mine

Safety is the eternal theme of coal mine.In order to achieve the safety production of coal mine enterprise,it not only needs the standard management of safety management personnel and standard operation of construction personnel,but also needs the safety inspectors to strictly supervise and inspect.As the directly responsible person of safety supervision and inspection on construction site,safety inspector plays an important role in the coal mine safety management.Based on the intelligent coal mine construction of Xiaobaodang coal mine,the current situation and existing problems of coal mine safety work and security inspector team were analyzed,the quality of security inspector team was put forward,and the way to build a security inspector team with strong business ability,excellent quality,fine style,strong sense of responsibility and“wolf nature”in the process of building the modern intelligent coal mine was discussed,so as to ensure the safety inspectors really become an important defense line of safety production.The research has certain reference significance for the construction of safe,green and efficient intelligent coal mine.
