新大地公司15404大采高工作面采煤工艺优化

摘    要:为解决大采高工作面回采过程中出现机头机尾过渡段丢底煤比较严重,液压支架管理难度大的问题,新大地公司15404工作面开展了采煤工艺优化实践。从工作面概况、设备的安装及生产情况出发,主要介绍了工作面从初采时采用工作面沿底板推进,机头机尾沿顶板推进工艺,到改进后工作面和机尾沿底板推进的工艺流程和取得的效果。同时,对大采高支架在生产过程中的适应性,以及采煤工艺优化前后的优缺点进行了分析对比;论证了进回风两巷沿顶板布置的回采工作面、端头的支护方式及回采工艺对工作面提高单产的重要作用。15404工作面采煤工艺优化成功后,大幅提高了资源的回收率,增强了支架的稳定性和控顶性能,缩短了拉机头机尾的时间,提高了工作面回采效率,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Optimization of coal mining technology in No.15404 large mining height working face of Xindadi Company

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of serious loss of bottom coal and difficult management of hydraulic support in the nose and the tail of the working face with large mining height,the optimization and practice of coal mining technology was carried out in the No.15404 working face of Xindadi Company.Based on the general situation of the working face,the installation and production of the equipment,the process of advancing the working face along the floor and the nose and tail along the roof was optimized to the process of advancing the working face and tail along the floor during the initial mining of the working face,and the effect achieved was introduced.By analyzing the adaptability of hydraulic support in the large mining height face,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages before and after the optimization of coal mining technology,the important role of the layout of mining roadways,the supporting mode of face end,and the mining technology in improving the unit yield of the working face was analyzed.Through the optimization of coal mining technology in No.15404 working face,the recovery rate of resources was greatly improved,the stability of support was enhanced,the operation time of scraper was shortened,and the recovery efficiency of working face was improved,which has certain reference significance.
