大峪煤矿矿井火灾防治措施

摘    要:矿井火灾是煤矿行业的频发灾害之一,不仅会造成煤炭资源的损失和设备材料的毁坏,还有可能引发瓦斯、煤尘的爆炸,对煤矿生产运营和矿工的安全造成严重危害。结合大峪矿井火灾防治实际情况,从内因、外因两个角度开展了矿井火灾防治探讨。提出了杜绝烟草及易燃物进入井下、设置合理的防灭火设计、合理应用预防性灌浆和喷洒阻化剂、加强束管监测系统对煤层自燃情况及时进行预报、在重要区域配备温度和一氧化碳传感器、提高工作面的推进速度、对工人做好应急培训等具体措施。通过有针对性地制定符合该矿特点的防灭火技术方案,提高了防灭火技术的有效性,实现了预期的安全生产目标。

Abstract:Mine fire is one of the main disasters in the coal industry,which will not only cause the loss of coal resources and the destruction of equipment and materials,but also may cause the explosion of gas and coal dust,causing serious harm to the normal production of coal mines and the safety of miners.Combined with the actual situation of fire prevention and control in Dayu coal mine,the mine fire prevention and control technology was discussed from two aspects of internal cause and external cause,and some concrete measures were put forward,such as forbidding tobacco and inflammables to enter the underground,setting up reasonable fire-fighting facilities,using the beam tube monitoring system to predict the spontaneous combustion of coal seam in time,installing temperature and carbon monoxide sensors in important areas,improving the advancing speed of working face,and providing emergency training for workers.Through the adoption of targeted fire-fighting technology scheme,the effectiveness of fire-fighting technology was improved,and the expected safety production goal was achieved.
