某海外聚丙烯项目的现场材料控制管理探析

摘    要:随着“一带一路”总规划的提出,未来石油化工项目在海外市场的份额会越来越大。聚丙烯项目不仅是中国石化工程建设有限公司(SEI)“走出去”的第一个海外化工项目,也是国际市场的重点项目之一。该项目采用IPMT+EPCC总承包管理模式,工作范围内容工程设计、采购、施工、工程中间交接以及试车开车阶段。材料控制管理使用SmartPlant Materials工作软件+Marian Reprot报告文件对项目所采购设备、材料进行统一管理。以项目材料控制专业为例,简单阐述了海外现场材料控制管理工作的方式、困难及解决办法,为今后的管理工作提供了思路和方向。

Abstract:With the introduction of the Belt and Road Initiatives,the proportion of petrochemical projects in overseas markets will increase in the future.Polypropylene project is not only the first overseas petrochemical project of SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation,but also one of its key projects in the international market.This project adopts the IPMT+EPCC general contract management model.The scope of work includes engineering design,procurement,construction,intermediate handover and commissioning.Material control management unifies the management of equipment and materials procured by the project using Smart Plant Materials working software and Marian Report reporting documents.Taking the project material control discipline as an example,this article briefly discusses the methods,the difficulties and the solutions to the material control management on the sites abroad,and provides some ideas and directions for the future work.
