基于事故树的山西省矿井透水事故分析

摘    要:为了避免矿井透水事故的发生,有效建立健全井下水害防治体系,基于事故树模型,重点进行了山西省矿井透水事故分析。在事故致因理论的基础上,通过归纳几类常见导致煤矿透水事故的因素,从人、物、环境和管理4个方面展开分析,建立了煤矿透水事故树分析模型;通过最小割集计算得出导致透水事故产生的隐患组合达到192个,并提出加强人员综合素质、提升安全培训效果等防控措施,以确保矿井的安全生产。

Abstract:In order to avoid the occurrence of mine water inrush accidents and improve mine water disaster prevention and control system,based on the fault tree model,the mine water inrush accidents in Shanxi Province was analyzed.By using accident-causing theory,the factors that lead to the coal mine water inrush accident were analyzed from four aspects of human,material,environment and management,and the coal mine water inrush fault tree model was established.Through the calculation of the minimum cut set,there are 192 hidden danger combinations that lead to water inrush accidents.Finally,the measures such as strengthening the comprehensive quality of personnel and improving the effect of safety training were put forward to ensure mine safety production.
