大采高综采面危害因素评估与顶板管理

摘    要:顶板管理是回采工作重中之重,尤其是随着采高增加,顶板管理难度也随之增加,对安全高效开采有制约影响。通过对补连塔煤矿6 m以上大采高综采工作面回采初期、中期、末期的矿压、水害、“一通三防”等方面进行采前危害的因素评估,从支护方式、移架顺序方面,提出了带压移架以及从外向内顺序移架的方法;针对性探讨了工作面、端头、两顺槽及内发生冒顶情况时顶板管理的具体应急措施和方法,提出了“设备养护、实时监测、及时支护与补强、提前预防”等一系列具体措施。现场应用后未发生顶板事故,确保了工作面安全开采,对促进大采高工作面顶板管理具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Roof management is the most important part of the mining work,especially with the increase of mining height,the difficulty of roof management also increases,which restricts the safe and efficient mining.Based on the assessment of mine pressure,water damage,“one ventilation and three preventions”in the initial,middle and final mining period of the fully mechanized mining face with the large mining height of more than 6 m,the methods of moving support with pressure and moving support from the outside to the inside were put forward,the emergency measures for roof falling in different areas of the working face were discussed,and a series of specific measures such as“equipment maintenance,real-time monitoring,timely support and reinforcement,and early prevention”were proposed.After field application,there is no roof accident,which ensures the safe mining of the working face and provides reference for the roof management of the working face with large mining height.
