摘    要:为了实现煤矸石的综合利用,降低企业生产成本,针对煤矿煤矸石产量大、利用低等问题,对煤矸石作为混凝土骨料的可行性进行了探究。通过荧光光谱分析试验、粉末衍射试验,揭示了煤矸石的化学组成和矿物组成;将大粒径的煤矸石破碎后,分为普通煤矸石与原状煤矸石,通过物理性能试验,研究了两类煤矸石的颗粒级配、表观密度、吸水率、含泥量以及两类煤矸石的压碎指标。结果表明:神南矿区柠条塔煤矿所产煤矸石可以作为混凝土粗骨料使用,但若全部采用煤矸石作为混凝土粗骨料,难以制备强度等级较高的混凝土。

Abstract:In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and reduce the production cost of enterprises,aiming at the problems of large output and low utilization of coal gangue,the feasibility of using coal gangue as concrete aggregate was discussed.By using fluorescence spectrum analysis test and powder diffraction test,the chemical composition and mineral composition of coal gangue were analyzed.After the coal gangue with large particle size is broken,it can be divided into ordinary coal gangue and undisturbed coal gangue.Through the physical property test,the particle gradation,apparent density,water absorption,mud content and crushing index of two kinds of coal gangue are studied.The results show that the coal gangue produced in Ningtiaota mine can be used as concrete coarse aggregate,but if all coal gangue is used as concrete coarse aggregate,it is difficult to prepare the concrete with higher strength grade.
