国内某炼化企业的年生产能力在炼化行业内处于领先地位,随着更多危险化学品生产项目的投产,码头接卸、外输油品和化工品数量与同行业相比,工作量比较大。在危险化学品码头管理方面,并没有制定相应的管理制度、建立专门的体系文件、配置专业的管理和技术人员。介绍了国内某炼化企业危险化学品码头的管理现状,分析了危险化学品码头的危险性和隐患因素,强调了码头消防安全管理的重要性,并为危险化学品码头的消防安全管理提出建议。

BRIEF ANALYSIS ON FIRE SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL TERMINAL

The annual production capacity of a domestic refining and chemical enterprise leads in the industry.As more and more hazardous chemicals production projects are put into production,the amount of oil products and chemicals that are loaded and unloaded and transported outwards at the terminal are also increasing.The workload is comparatively large in the same industry.Yet,this enterprise has not formulated corresponding management system,established special system documents,and assigned professional management and technical staff in hazardous chemical terminal management.This paper introduces the management status quo of hazardous chemicals terminal in the enterprise and analyzes the risk and hidden danger factors of hazardous chemicals terminal.It emphasizes the importance of fire safety management of the terminal and puts forward some suggestions for fire safety management of hazardous chemicals terminal.
