摘    要:无线光通信有多种调制和解调方式 :OOK作为一种最早的调制方式易于实现而被广泛应用 ,但与 PPM相比 ,它的功率利用率不高 ;PPM由于其功率利用率比较高而被广泛采用于无线光通信中。DPPM和 DPIM作为两种典型的新兴调制方式 ,由于它们的功率利用率和频带利用率都有较好的特性 ,有可能在未来代替 PPM.因此对用于无线光通信中的 OOK,PPM,DPPM和 DPIM几种调制方式的功率利用率、频带利用率、传输容量以及抗码间干扰的性能进行了分析和比较

Abstract:There are many modulation methods suitable for optical wireless communication.OOK,the earliest modulation scheme,was widely used for its simplicity,but compared with PPM its power efficiency is lower.PPM has hence replaced OOK and been adopted widely in optical wireless communication for its high average-power-efficiency.DPPM and DPIM are two new modulation methods for optical wireless communication,which may be the substitutes of PPM because of their better performance in power efficiency and bandwidth efficiency.The performance of the modulation schemes(OOK,PPM,DPPM and DPIM)are analyzed and comparison of their power efficiency,bandwidth efficiency,transmission capacity and their resistance to ISI is also made in this paper.
