| 摘 要： | 面向对象程序设计（ＯＯＰ）是九十年代程序设计发展的主流，Ｃ＋＋是面向对象程序设计语言（ＯＯＰＬ）中最流行的一种，但一些因素严重影响着Ｃ＋＋语言的普及使用，其中最主要的一点就是Ｃ＋＋缺乏实用、方便的公用类库、本文介绍了两个Ｃ＋＋语言类库的构造。
