摘    要:对近年来铝钢异种材料之间的各种常见的焊接方法(压焊、熔焊和钎焊)的研究进展进行了综述,认为铝钢异种材料连接时,金属间化合物层的控制是获得优质连接接头的关键.详细阐述了传统铝钢压焊和钎焊在控制金属间化合物层厚度方面的优势,并且指出了其在工业实际生产中的不足.详细介绍了铝钢熔焊方法和工艺的最新进展,对铝钢熔焊的研究方向进行了预测.

Abstract:The research status and welding methods to joining aluminium to steel such as pressure welding, fusion welding and brazing and its developing trend in recent years were introduced. The thickness of the intermetallic compound between steel and aluminium is the main factor to affect the properties of the dissimilar joint. The advantage of the tradition- al pressure welding and brazing in joining aluminium to steel was stated in detail and the disadvantage of the two methods in industrial production was also indicated. At the same time, the development of fusion welding to joining aluminium and steel was also introduced and the research direction was forecasted of fusion welding in this field.
