摘    要:采用正交试验方法对炭黑在气力输送过程中影响破碎的因素进行了优化试验;通过试验数据分析得到了在双压送罐双管密相输送情况下,影响炭黑破碎率的各项因素的关系,依次为压送罐开泵压力、结束弯管压力、辅管阀开启压力、主管压力、辅管压力,从而得到降低破碎率的有效方法以及相对最优输送参数,即压送罐开泵压力0.1 MPa、结束弯管压力0.1 MPa、辅管阀开启压力0.05 MPa、主管压力0.3 MPa、辅管压力0.35 MPa。

Abstract:The Optimization Experiment about influence factor of carbon black crushing ratio in the process of pneumatic transportation is done by using the Orthogonal test method. The results show that influence factors of carbon black crushing ratio include the pressure of opening pump, the pressure in bending pipe, the opening pressure of assistant valve,the pressure in main pipe and the pressure in assistant pipe under the case of double blow tanks and double pipes dense conveying. So the method of reducing crushing ratio and optimal transportation parameters that the opening pump and bending pipe pressure equal to 0.1 MPa, the assistant valve opening pressure equal to 0.05 MPa, the main pipe pressure equal to 0. 3 MPa and the assistant pipe pressure equal to 0. 35 MPa is obtained.
