| 摘 要： | 本文对聚酯亚胺漆包线漆结构与性能进行了论述。讨论了漆包线的热冲击、热老化性能、热软化击穿性能及耐热性与漆包线漆成膜物质结构的关系。指出漆包线的软化击穿性能与制漆树脂的玻璃化温度有一定的联系,可根据树脂结构估算玻璃化温度,从而估算漆包线的软化击穿性能。文中还描述了聚酯亚胺结构中氢分数K_H与温度指数T_(20,000)之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Some structure-property relationships of polyesterimide enamelledwire varnishes are described in this paper. The relationships between enamelfilm structure and wire coating properties-heat shock, flexibility after ag-ing, cut through and thermal stability are analyzed and discussed. It wasndicated that there are some relations between the cut through of wire andtransition temperature of resin. An attempt was made to establish a quanti-tative relationship between the hydrogen fraction and thermal index ofpolyesterimide in order to evaluate the thermal index of polyesterimide. |
