| 摘 要： | 基于WDR编码思想，结合5/3整型小波变换，采用一种新的分层多阈值的位平面扫描方案，开发了一种运算量小、内存需求低、具有分辨率渐进特性和有损无损可控制特性的图像编码算法。通过试验，表明该算法是一种简单、高效、实用的图像压缩方案。

| Abstract: | Based on the WDR algorithm, combining 5/3 integer wavelet transformation, this paper develops an image coding algorithm using a new bit-plane scanning scheme under layered multi-threshold. It has some properties of less computation, low-memory requirement, resolution progressive, lossy and lossless controllable, The experiments indicate that it is a practical image coding scheme with simplicity and high efficiency. |
