基于Profibus_DP的柔性制造系统的设计

摘    要:为提高自己对外界环境变化的响应速度,国内外先进企业纷纷建造柔性制造系统。系统的实时通信是实现柔性制造系统的关键技术,针对传统柔性制造系统中通信方式的缺陷,文中提出了以现场总线Profibus_DP作为柔性制造系统的通信方式,构建了三层柔性制造系统的控制结构,探讨了一类主站和二类主站之间以及主站和从站之间的通信实现方法,最后通过JK_FMS柔性制造系统的开发,验证了该方案的可行性。

Abstract:In order to improve its responsiveness on the changes in the environment,More and more enterprises in China and Abroad are building flexible manufacturing systems.Real time communication is a key technology for the flexible manufacturing system.However the communication mechanism is not ideal in the traditional flexible manufacturing systems.In the paper,Profibus_DP is used to be the communication method for the flexible manufacturing system,and three-level control architecture is also proposed,the communications between the first class master station and the second class master station,between master station and slave station are also discussed,finally the JK_FMS flexible manufacturing system is built to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposal.
