基于AutoCAD的双刀架数控车床编程系统的研究

摘    要:目前国内常用的能自动生成数控加工代码的软件大多价格昂贵,仅适用于极少数大型企业,而不适用于普通企业。为满足普通企业的需求,本文以AutoCAD为平台,在VC.NET环境下利用ObjectARX开发了一种数控自动编程系统。针对基于AutoCAD为平台开发的数控自动编程系统所遇到的关键问题,提出了相应的解决方法。采用CList链表解决了加工工艺参数的存储和修改,采用各个实体端点比较的方法来对零件轮廓的几何信息进行排序,实现了以AutoCAD为平台自动生成数控代码的功能。

Abstract:At present the conventional softwares in our country used for generating numerical control machining codes automatically are mostly too expensive,and they are only suitable for large corporations,but not for ordinary ones.So in order to satisfy the requirements of ordinary corporations,an automatic programming system based on AutoCAD for numerical control machining is developed by ObjectARX in the environment of VC.NET,and the solutions to the two inherent problems produced during the development based on AutoCAD are also presented.The linked list-CList is used to solve the storage and modification of the machining technological parameters,while the scheduling problem of geometrical information is realized by the point of entity comparison method,having realized the function generating numerical control machining codes based on AutoCAD automatically.
