摘    要:邢钢竖炉生产能力已经远远大于设计能力,原有的热平衡已被打破。通过对目前生产过程进行热平衡分析。发现导风墙水梁冷却水带走的热量和成品球带走的热量占整个输出热量的60%以上。造成了热能的巨大损失。通过对冷却水蒸汽、成品球的yong和熵的分析,计算出其损失能量的大小,提出通过循环利用减少能量损失的措施。

Abstract:As the production capacity of XINGGANG shaft furnace has exceeded the designed capacity, so its original thermal balance was destroyed. Through the thermal balance analysis of the production process, the quantity of heat token away by cooling water and final pellet was more than 60% of total quantity of heat output. So it made considerable heat lose. By analysing the exergy and entropy of the cooling water vapor and final pellet, the lost quantity of heat is calculated. In addition, the measures for decreasing heat lose by cycle utilization were proposed.
