计算机化红外热像仪用于针灸原理和经络现象的研究

本文是作者使用计算机化红外热像仪进行的有关针灸原理和经络现象研究的综述性介绍。研究涉及下述方面:(1)面瘫患者面部病理特征和针刺该病疗效的热图像观察;(2)针刺良性甲状腺瘤治疗机制的热图像分析;(3)针刺手法的研究;(4)火针疗法的观察;(5)针刺手捻针与电针升温效果的比较;(6)针刺巨刺法对双侧面部温度的影响;(7)针刺留针时间长短与针刺升温作用关系的观察;(8)上下肢分别取穴针刺对面部升温作用的比较;(9)针刺合谷穴对面部温度的影响;(10)针灸后体表循经温度变化的热像图表现;(11)面部循经特异性温度分布的显示;(12)穴位温度特性的观察。通过上述的研究,作者认为:红外热像技术及计算机处理方法在针灸和经络的研究中具有较高的实用价值。

Computerized Thermovision for the Study of the Principles of Acupuncture and Meridian Phenomena

An investigation into the principles of acupuncture and meridian phenomena by computerized infrared thermovision is reported. The infrared thermal image was employed to observe the temperature distribution and variation of human body. The computer was used for recording, processing and analysing of thermal image. The results indicate that computerized infrared thermovision is a very useful technique in the research of the principles of acupuncture and meridian phenomena.
