摘    要:自动清洗强化斜齿扭带 ,其原理是在扭带表面上按一定规律排列不对称斜齿 ,使被导向的传热流体对扭带的不对称反作用力形成一个旋转力矩 ,解决了现有的塑料扭带不能用于低流速传热设备的自动清洗问题。试验结果表明 ,与现有光滑扭带相比 ,斜齿扭带自转清洗力矩增大了 2倍多、传热系数平均提高了 30 % ,即使 6m长传热管、四管程的传热设备的阻力也只有 0 .15MPa左右 ,仍然在一般的工程许可范围内 ,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The self-cleaning fortified helical twister is based on the principle that unsymmetrical skewed teeth are arranged in a regular pattern on the surface of the twister,so that the guided heat transfer fluid forms a moment of rotation with the unsymmetric counter-acting force of the twister,thereby solving the problem that the available plastic twister can not be used in the self-cleaning of low flow-rate heat transfer equipment. The experimental result shows that,as compared with the available smooth twister,the self-rotating cleaning power of the helical twister is more than triple that of the smooth one,its heat transfer coefficient is 30% higher on the average,and the resistance in a 6 m long heat transfer tube or heat transfer equipment with 4 tube passes is yet only about 0.15 MPa,still within the common permissible engineering range,opening up a broad prospect of application.
