稻米蛋白质数字图像检测方法的研究

摘    要:基于样液色度值与蛋白质含量在一定范围内的高度相关性,提出通过采集样液的数字图像信息,进行稻米蛋白质测定的数字图像检测方法。结果表明,该方法检测结果准确,且检测效率较传统方法显著提高。

Abstract:Based on the high consistency of the colorimetric value with the content of protein in the samples, a digital image determining method is presented to determine the protein content in rice. By collecting the original digital image information of the pre-treated sample, the method can determine the protein content of several samples simultaneously. It is shown from the results that the method is accurate and more efficient than thetraditionalm ethod.
