| 摘 要： | 大庆市水资源短缺严重，工业用水成本大幅度上涨，热电厂作为用水大户，节水潜力很大，对生产用水，非生产用水及可回收利用的污水量进行了分析，提出了污水处理回收再利用的工业及流程，进行了效益分析，指出污水处理回收利用项目，符合我国可持续发展战略，有利于该厂的持续稳定发展。

| Abstract: | With analyses made for water for production use, water for non production use, and recyclable waste water, recycling processes are proposed for feasibility study. It is pointed out that the recycling of waste water is fully in line with China's strategy for sustained development, and helps the continuous steady development of the power plant as well. |
